Anders W. Eriknauer is Managing Partner and founder of Nordic M&A. He advises a large number of Danish and international clients on M&A and strategic business development.
Before he founded Nordic M&A, he was partner/co-owner of strategic development at Deloitte.
Anders has also worked as a Strategic Consultant at Accenture (Andersen Consulting), as Corporate Finance Manager at KPMG, and as an attorney. He is a fully qualified attorney at law. He studied for his Masters Degree in Law at Aarhus University and supplemented his degree with an MBA from the University of Bath.
Søren Brix is co-founder and partner at Nordic M&A. He has many years of experience in M&A with special focus on M&A for Danish and international clients within the technology and growth sectors.
Before joining Nordic M&A, he worked at Deloitte Corporate Finance and IMF Group. He holds a Masters degree in Business Law from Aarhus University.
Peter Rønde Jakobsen is a partner at Nordic M&A. Peter has many years of experience in M&A and financial strategic counselling
Before joining Nordic M&A, Peter worked at PFA Pension and Deloitte Corporate Finance
Peter has a Master of Science degree in Finance and Accounting (FIR) from Copenhagen Business School.
Jacob Lønfeldt is a partner at Nordic M&A

Jacob holds a Cand.polit from Copenhagen University and an M.A. in Economics from New York University.
Kasper Deleuran Nielsen is a partner at Nordic M&A. He has been with Nordic M&A since 2012 and previously worked at the Danish financial newspaper, Børsen.
Kasper holds an MSc degree in Finance and Strategic Management and a BSc in Business Administration and Economics from Copenhagen Business School.

Frederik Gemmer Kristiansen is an Associate at Nordic M&A. Prior to joining Nordic M&A, he worked at Institutional Investment Partners Denmark.
Frederik holds a MSc in Finance and Investments from Copenhagen Business School and a BSc in Economics and Business Administration from University of Southern Denmark.
Marcus Foss is an Analyst at Nordic M&A. Prior to joining Nordic M&A, he worked at LNP Corporate Finance and as an Investment Intern at EV Private Equity.
Marcus holds an MSc in Applied Economics and Finance from Copenhagen Business School and BSc in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Stavanger.
